Haryana Government has announced that the Lado Lakshmi Yojana will officially launch on 25 September 2025. Under this scheme, women belonging to poor families in the state will receive ₹2100 every month directly into their bank accounts.

The form will only be made available after the scheme is launched on 25th September 2025. The PDF version of the form will be uploaded on the official website of the scheme or wcdhry.gov.in and saralharyana.gov.in. Applicants will be able to download it, fill in the details, and submit offline at their nearest Saral Kendra or Panchayat office.
